The air is so noticeably cooler and fresher up in the mountains. I, for one, am quite happy to leave the heat and humidity of Kanagawa in summer.

Ahh, you live in Kanagawa too, Yanagi-san? It's always dreadful there in summer :/ Even Brazil wasn't as humid.

It's funny, because he used to live in Kanagawa as a kid, but we've been in Brazil for a while. I guess that sort of stuff is something you don't forget.
