 Overall, I'm quite happy with how Seiichi did. A quarterfinal finish is nothing to sneeze it. Still, I've identified several key areas that can be improved upon.

Now for a brief respite before resuming training for Rakuten.

Seiichi, I've booked you three hours at a nearby boxing gym, with a spotter/instructor. He won't talk or step in unless you're doing something that could hurt yourself, or ask directly for instruction.
